Quest: Multidisciplinary Journal for Humanities and Social Sciences is a half-yearly peer reviewed open access online journal published by Sarojini Naidu College for Women. The journal accepts publications in English and Bengali. This journal invites contributions from all disciplines related to humanities and social sciences. The articles may be classified under (but not necessarily limited to) the following categories:
Our aim is to encourage scholars and academicians to submit their works in the above mentioned categories. We also welcome comments and suggestions about articles published here.
Guidelines for submission:
Only those articles, which have not been published earlier or not under consideration for publication elsewhere may be submitted. The articles must be free from any copyright infringement. A contributor is exclusively responsible for the content of the publication, both subjective and objective. Copyright of any publication in this journal belongs to the publisher stated above.
The articles are preferably to be submitted by using the upload facilities in our journal web page. In case of any difficulties those may be sent to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com. The submission should consist of either a MS Word file or a pdf file of the camera ready version along with all the source files mentioned above. In case of all publications in Bengali pdf file is mandatory.
The journal follows the Modern Language Association (MLA) citation style. Kindly go through the style sheet before submitting your paper. You may also refer to the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers for details.
All submissions to the journal must be original works. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
All academic writings are published free of charge.
